Parrots are cute – Art prints for Home Decor and Gift Ideas:

Coming from the North I was always excited about the tropical life, whether it’s flora or fauna. Not only, but I thought someone has to be really lucky to be able to take wonderful close-ups of colorful parrots, as they appear in travel magazines.

Well, as a matter of fact I was one of those lucky travelers 🙂 One day on the beach in Cozumel, Mexico, I meet a photographer who was taking pictures of tourists along with his beautiful bird. I asked his permission and I got some shots of this colorful parrot myself. He was well trained and very used to people, so he literally posed for me – Wow, what a chance!

Here below are two more portraits, one of him and one of a beautiful red scarlet one:

And this one is a green parrot seen in a Mexican jungle near Puerto Morelos in the Xcaret Eco Park. As usual (S)he was looking right at me and my camera. I can certainly say say that parrots are cute – aren’t they?

During this vacation, I got many photos and close-ups of Cozumel tropical life and I’ll post some more later. For now, I’ll stay with this colorful parrots, which to be are so special!
